Welsh athlete Ramsey has boosted the incentive for information regarding his vanished pet Halo to $$20k.

Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who now plays for Pumas UNAM in the capital, revealed that Halo was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato zone.

The beagle, who went missing on 9 October, was wearing a tracking device, and the footballer published a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.

"Any sort of news concerning our pet Halo kindly contact us. Significant bounty for locating her. We are all praying she is safe and will return to our family soon," the athlete posted on social media.

Earlier Offer and Emotional Pleas

The footballer first revealed that his dog had gone missing a fortnight back and has since posted numerous photos of the adored pet on Instagram.

A $10,000 reward was first provided, but with lack of updates on the dog's whereabouts after a week, the player and his loved ones doubled the sum.

"Our only wish is our pet home," he said in a further request on his online platforms after the 10-year-old pet was lost.

The most recent image share is a grayscale snapshot of the beagle napping, her head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "What I'd do to embrace you again sweet Halo."

Family's Concerns and Context

The footballer has additionally posted a note from his spouse Colleen on social media mentioning they have a few "serious questions" regarding the disappearance and are concerned the family "may never obtain explanations".

"To this day we are still searching for Halo. It is unlikely we will," the spouse's message read.

The Welsh leader signed with Mexico's top-flight team Pumas UNAM earlier this year and made his debut in the Mexican league in the eighth month.

Originally from Caerphilly player is the initial well-known British player to participate in the Mexican league.
